Format

The presentation must be impeccable to show that you care. There may be specific rules governing the layout of the dissertation, make sure you follow them to the letter. Most examiners require the dissertation to be typed using double line spacing, leaving ample margins for comments. Use good quality A4 paper, typed on one side only. Number each page consecutively throughout. There should be a title page, which includes the writers name, the title of the dissertation, the total number of words, and the total number of numbered pages. The dissertation should be collated in the following manner:

Front page, giving title and name/student number.
Body of text.
