Printing: the links
There is an amazing collection of links to every aspect of printing, book
arts, book history, the lot. it was created by two Dutch booksellers, Ton
Cremers and Marian Beereboom: we are seriously in there debt. Here
it is. This is a very rich topic on the Web, and there's a vast amount of
fascinating material, all indexed here. As a sample of what's on offer,
check this brilliant site on the history
of printing. Or look at their links on paper-making;
or a wonderful set of links simply called Extraordinary.
Try it, and be amazed.
Another set of links is to any aspect of post-printing:
using the electronic media. This is really comprehensive, and again, really
rich. It's the Technology
of Writing section of a site nicely known as The Voice of the Shuttle.
